If your child’s vaccination records are not already available to our office, bring any records you have with you.

It can also be helpful to bring:

Questions you have about upcoming vaccines
School or camp vaccine requirements, if applicable

If your child has received vaccines from another pediatrician, health department, or other healthcare provider, let our team know so we can help keep their records current.

Are Vaccines Part of Well Child Visits?

Yes. Immunization review is an important component of preventive pediatric care.

During a well child visit, your provider evaluates your child’s overall health and development and reviews whether they are current on recommended immunizations.

However, if your child needs a vaccine outside of a routine well visit, contact our office to discuss scheduling an appropriate appointment.

What If I Have Questions About Vaccines?

We understand that parents may have questions about childhood immunizations. It’s completely reasonable to want to understand what your child is receiving and why it is recommended.
