Dr. Ramos believes that exceptional pediatric care starts with strong, trusting relationships. She takes a warm, compassionate approach to every visit, ensuring that both patients and parents feel heard, respected, and supported. By creating an open and comfortable environment, she encourages families to ask questions and actively participate in their child’s care.
Dr. Ramos earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida. She completed her Pediatric Residency at AdventHealth for Children in Orlando, where she received extensive training in both inpatient and outpatient pediatric care. During her residency, she was recognized for her leadership and commitment to excellence, earning Resident of the Month honors.
Her clinical interests include preventive care, developmental pediatrics, adolescent health, and patient education. Dr. Ramos has been actively involved in quality improvement initiatives focused on enhancing communication in healthcare settings and improving implementation of Bright Futures guidelines. She is also passionate about early childhood literacy and has participated in programs promoting reading as part of pediatric care.
Dr. Ramos is board-eligible by the American Board of Pediatrics and holds certifications in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
In her free time, Dr. Ramos enjoys volunteering, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.
